Breathe. Vote. Breathe.

It’s election day so I won’t take up too much of your time here, but there are some things I think we need to just remind ourselves today.

  1. VOTE!
  2. The American flag belongs to everyone in this country…one side or the other does not get to claim it
  3. Take deep breaths
  4. Don’t watch election results with people whom you know it won’t be pleasant 
  5. If it’s triggering to you STAY OFF OF SOCIAL MEDIA
  6. Do what’s best for your mental health
  7. Let’s lead with love and kindness
