You Know You Better Than Anyone: Ergo, You Get To Define What Self-Care Is

May 18, 2021

I’m big into defining everything in my life for myself and that extends to my definition of self-care. You define your self-care and whatever that looks like for you. Don’t let other peoples’ judgments about how you take care of yourself stop you from doing things the way that make your heart sing.

So, to recap:

  1. I define self-care for myself and YOU CAN TOO!
  2. I get to go inside and ask myself what I  want and that’s the only voice that matters when it comes to taking care of what I need and YOU GET TO DO THAT TOO IF THAT’S WHAT YOU WANT!

Sound like a plan? I love you, XOXOX, CAMDW
